Okay, I have a confession.
Soooo I might've purchased a few pumpkins in mid-September...and I might've decorated them already...we take Halloween really seriously over here!
Don't worry, we didn't carve them yet, we are not COMPLETE whackjobs. But we do like to get the festivities rolling by painting them (a tradition I started in my household a few years ago) and it's a really fun way for the kiddos to not just settle into the cooler months, but actually be excited for them! We made these bad boys this weekend...
About halfway through it dawned on me that I could probably use paint pens rather than free-handing it.. (hiiii that only took me 4 years to figure out!)
If you'd like to see pumpkins from years prior, I'll be doing a follow up post tomorrow ;)
