CARROT AND APPLE DETOXIFIER


To keep your skin crystal clear it's important to get enough fruits and vegetables, and carrots and apples taste WONDERFUL together…toss in anything you'd like but pineapple, cucumber, and ginger are great compliments to this juice. And they're all detoxifying and filled with a ton of nutrients and skin plumping properties! 

TO MAKE: 

 8-12 MEDIUM CARROTS
 3 GRANNY SMITH APPLES; CORED
1 FULL CUCUMBER; SKIN ON
SLICED PINEAPPLE; SQUEEZED
AS MUCH GINGER AS YOU CAN STAND


Be sure to soak your veggies in cold water for 10 min. prior to juicing. If you can, stick to organic produce! If not: add at least 3 tablespoons of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar to help remove harmful pesticides. Let soak for 30 minute to an hour.
